A. What is BuyButtonz?

BuyButtonz is an affordable online business solution that enables online Credit Card (VISA/MASTER) and Internet Banking payments INSTANTLY with 2FA mobile phone authentication for sellers and buyers to eliminate fraud.

Besides offering on-line payments, other features included are:

• Setup products / services to sell on-line
• Integrated shopping cart and check-out page
• Process on-line orders.

B. How it works?

In summary, BuyButtonz allows you (seller) to:

1. Register and setup an Account
2. Subscribe the required BuyButtonz, and publish the BuyButtonz to any html page (web page, blogs or email)
3. For buyer to buy and make payments on-line

Other features like detail product and delivery setup, order processing and reports are also included.

C. How to start? (Seller's Registration, Account Activation, Profile Update)

C.1 Seller's Registration
To sell your items online using BuyButtonz, you must create an account in advance.

Account registration takes only 3 simple steps:

1. Go to BuyButtonz login screen and click on "Register" button.
2. Specify your Referrer ID and mobile number.

Filling in your business information for the purpose of payment to items sold. The registration process is described in detail with screen shots below:

Step 1:
To subscribe a seller account, click on "Register" button at login screen.


Step 2:
Choose a referrer from the dropdown list and key in your mobile number. The mobile phone must be access-able as an activation pin will be sent to you upon completion of registration.

Read the terms and conditions by clicking "I accept the terms and conditions" link. Tick the checkbox if the terms and conditions are agreeable, and click on "Next" button to proceed.


Step 3:
Key in the required information, which is marked with * sign(Mandatory Fields). Review and once confirm, click on "Next" button to proceed. Your ID will be shown at registration confirmation page. In a short while, you will receive a call with an account activation pin.



C2. Seller's Account Activation
All new sellers must activate their accounts at their first login, to ensure the correct person is registering the account. There are 2 steps to proceed, as described below:

Step 1: Login with the login name and password chosen during your registration. Click on "Login" button to proceed.


Step 2:
Key in the activation pin given and click on "Activate" button to proceed. You will be redirected to login screen if activation is successful.

If you've forgotten the pin or have activation problem with the pin you have, click on "Forgot/Resend Activation Pin" button to receive the pin again.



C3. Seller's Profile Update
All information specified during registration can be changed at any time at Profile module. Click on "Update" button to confirm the change.

D. BuyButtonz Subscription

For each items to be sold online, you'll need a separate BuyButtonz each.

There is a promotion for 1 free BuyButtonz for 3 months, for more details see I. Price and Promotion at below. Upon expiry of the free BuyButtonz, you have the alternative to either:

D.1 Purchase new buttons with option on number of buttons and duration required (For users who needs more than 1 button, can register for the 1 free buybuttonz first, and use the same account to purchase additional buttons anytime).

D.2 Renew the button at S$34 per button for 12 months.

The details of the 2 options available and pros & cons are as follow:

D.1 Purchase new buttons Purchase steps:

1. After login, at left menu, click "BuyButtonz" to go to buybuttonz screen
2. At table above button listing, click "Purchase another BuyButtonz"
3. The number of buttons and duration screen will appear for your selection, and proceed to review & confirm and payment.

Pros:

• Flexibility to subscribe for the buttons based on number of buttons and duration

Cons:

• All current info. setup will need to re-setup as new buttons are issued
• All previous script copied to website, blog and email have to redo

D.2 Renew the button

Renew steps:

1. After login, at left menu, click "BuyButtonz" to go to buybuttonz screen
2. At the row of the button to renew, click "Renew"
3. The renew screen will appear, to confirm and make payment.

Pros:

• Current info. setup of the button will be retained
• All previous script copied to website, blog and email remains linked

Cons:

• Not able to enjoy the flexibility of the new purchase scheme on number of buttons and duration

E. Generate BuyButtonz Script and Send Invitation

After BuyButtonz subscription, you may copy the HTML script of the particular button to your web page or HTML-supported email client or blogs and start selling. You may also use the BuyButtonz pre-defined email template to promote your products / items.

To generate BuyButtonz script, click on "Get Script" button.
To send out invitation email using BuyButtonz template for your item, click on "Invite" button.


E.1 Generate BuyButtonz Script
Step 1:
By clicking "Generate Script" button, a pop up window will shows the HTML script for the BuyButtonz.


Step 2:
You may then copy-paste the script to your web page or HTML-supported email client or blogs. Customer will be redirected to shopping checkout page when they click on the button (created by BuyButtonz script).

*Note: To use your own buybutton image, change the image source to your server's URL e.g. replace https://www.12epay.com/buybuttons/images/button_buynow.gif to http://your-domain/images/button-name.gif


E.2 Send Invitation
Step 1:
By clicking "Invite" button, a popup window will shows the invitation form, where you may key in the recipient's email address, as well as adding in your personalized message.

Step 2: Click on "Send Invite" button to send out the invitation, or click on "Preview Invite Email" button to view the draft of invitation before sent.

F. Store's Configuration

You may customize the behavior of your store whether is it GST registered and need to collect GST. Terms and Conditions can also be personalized to suit your practice. Once changes are done, click on "Update" button to commit.

G. Delivery Options Configuration

There are 3 types of delivery option for items sold, which you may customize based on your practice:

1. Self-Collection - this is useful if customer will collect the purchased item on their own
2. Self-Delivery - this is useful if you have your own delivery service
3. Third Party Delivery - this is useful if you engage third party delivery service

G.1 Self-Collection Delivery
Step 1:
You may turn on / off the self-collection delivery based on your delivery practice. If self-collection is not one of your delivery options, simply turn it off by clicking the "Off" option.


G.2 Self-Delivery
Step 1:
You may turn on / off the self-delivery option based on your practice. If this delivery option is turned on, you shall fill in the required self-delivery detail.


Step 2 (optional):
You may setup additional charges on top of the minimum delivery charge, based on the purchase amount.

The "Amount Range" value is the maximum price amount of a range starting from 0. If there are 2 Delivery Amount setups, each with amount $100 and $250, and given a total purchase with amount $250, the additional delivery charge will be taken from the rate of amount $250 setup, which is $15. And given total purchase with amount $90, the additional delivery charge is calculated on rate taken from amount $100 setup, which is $10.


G3. Third Party Delivery
Step 1:
To add a third party delivery, click on "Add" link.
To edit a third party delivery, click on "Click" link.
To delete a third party delivery, tick the checkbox of the delivery record and click on "Delete" button.


Step 2:
Delivery amount is calculated based on base amount, amount range rate, and weight range rate. Amount range rate and weight range rate is optional, and can be left undefined.


The "Weight Range" value is the maximum weight of a range starting from 0kg. If there are 2 Delivery Weight setups, each with weight 10kg and 30kg, and given a purchased item with weight 25kg, the additional delivery charge will be taken from the rate of weight 30kg setup, which is $10. And given a purchased item with weight 10kg, the additional delivery charge is calculated on rate taken from weight 10kg setup, which is $5.

The zone indicates the applicable country of the Delivery Weight setup, which is useful to setup different rates to different country where applicable.

H. Sales Order Management

All approved sales order will be listed in your sales order list. You may either capture or reject the order based on the sales condition.

Step 1:
To view detail of particular sales order, click on "View" link.


Step 2:
To confirm and capture a sales order, click on "Confirm" button.
To reject / disapprove particular sales order, click on "Reject" button.

Once a sales order is confirmed / rejected, email notification will be sent to system administrator, corresponding seller and buyer. Confirmed or rejected sales order cannot be further processed.

I. Promotion and Price

There is a promotion for 1 free BuyButtonz for 3 months; the promotion is until 31st December 2007. You do not need to pay for the subscription of the buybuttonz but transaction charges applies.

If more than 1 button is required, or when the promotion period is over and need to renew see D. BuyButtonz Subscription at above.

General price information is as follows:

I.1 Multiple BuyButtonz

• $68 for 24 BuyButtonz for 1 month
• $68 for 12 BuyButtonz for 2 months
• $68 for 8 BuyButtonz for 3 months
• $68 for 6 BuyButtonz for 4 months
• $68 for 4 BuyButtonz for 6 months
• $68 for 3 BuyButtonz for 8 months
• $68 for 2 BuyButtonz for 12 months

J. Transaction Charges

As the seller, you will have to bear transaction charges for each transaction through BuyButtonz, which are as follows:

a) 3.85% of transaction amount plus S$0.50 for Credit card +GST
b) S$2.00 per transaction for Internet Banking +GST
    (Note that the above charges applies even when the transaction is subsequently reversed due to Refund and / or Chargeback.

Details are at the Terms and Conditions when registering).

K. Minimum Selling Price

The minimum selling price is SGD$9.90

L. Retention & Security Deposit

Retention & Security deposit will not be imposed until further notice.

M. Refund and Chargeback Charges

A Refund occurs when a transaction was confirmed (fund transferred out from credit card holder¡¯s account) but seller wish to reverse it. The request for refund should be made within 1 month of transaction date or before disbursement of fund, whichever comes first and confirmation for refund by Merchant should be made before 5 pm, for refund to be perform in system on the next business day.

A Chargeback occurs when there is a refusal of any payment to seller (dispute) raise by the credit card holder to a credit card transaction for whatever reason. Chargeback can happen even after several months upon disbursement of fund.

For refund and / or chargeback cases, there will be an administration charge of SGD$10 per chargeback

N. How to receive money

You'll receive the money of transactions (funds) less charges via Giro within 15 days of a new month for transactions of the previous month.

O. FREE LISTING on www.i1.sg and Google Product Search (limited period ONLY)

All catalogs and products setup on buybuttonz will allow users to list or hide from www.i1.sg and on Google Product Search upon typing the keyword Buybuttonz.

P. 2 Factor Authentication and Overseas payment

The BuyButtonz is design for Singapore and there is a 2FA (2 Factor Authentication) whereby the consumer have to submit their Singapore handphone number for system to call back for a security pin to proceed.

If there is a fraud case, you can report to police with the handphone number for their investigation, as all Singapore handphones are registered with the authorities.

Due to the Singapore handphone number requirements to eliminate fraud, the BuyButtonz is not applicable for overseas payment.

Q. How many BuyButtonz is required?

The number of BuyButtonz required is according to the number of products / services to sell on-line. Each BuyButtonz is required for each unique product / service and price.
